The Coordination Gap

Rope access work is high-risk, mobile, and fast-moving. Scattered systems create blind spots where safety, progress, and cost control need precision.

Scattered Coordination

Crews rely on WhatsApp, paper logs, and phone calls — leading to missed check-ins, safety gaps, and delayed approvals.

Manual Tracking

Spreadsheets tracking drops, rope teams, equipment, and budget requests are impossible to keep accurate at scale.

No Field Visibility

Office managers can't see which facade a crew is working, which drops are complete, or whether rope access conditions are safe.

One Platform for Rope Access Execution

  • Project Dashboards

Track N/S/E/W facade progress, drop counts, crew assignments, safety status, and budget movement across active sites.

  • Certified Crew Assignments

Assign rope access technicians by certification, availability, service division, and crew lead.

  • Site Geofences

Draw job site boundaries on satellite view — technicians can only check in inside the polygon.

Core Capabilities

Everything your office and field crews need in one place.

Crew Coordination

Manage rope access certifications, shifts, leads, and safety protocols for your contractor roster.

Project Scheduling

Assign rope access crews to sites by shift — morning, afternoon, or full day — with conflict checks.

Geofence Zones

GPS polygon verification ensures check-ins and drop submissions happen on-site.

Drop Tracking

Track facade progress by cardinal direction (N/S/E/W) with photo evidence per drop.

Incident Reporting

Photo-verified safety logs with GPS, severity level, and instant coordinator alerts.

Equipment Control

Control rope, harness, rigging, power wash, and site equipment with requests, approvals, and delivery scheduling.

Client Visibility

Read-only portal for property managers to monitor live site progress and reports.

English & Spanish

Full bilingual support so every crew member works in their preferred language.

The Deployment Flow

01

Set Up Site

02

Assign Crew

Schedule certified rope access technicians by shift — the system checks for conflicts and crew lead coverage.

03

Log Drops

Technicians submit each drop with a photo, GPS coordinate, and timestamp from their phone.

04

See Progress

Office sees real-time facade completion, safety status, budget requests, incidents, and client-ready summaries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about how Cordix works for your operation.

What types of operations does Cordix support?

Cordix is built for rope access operations first: facade maintenance, high-rise exterior work, rigging-heavy field teams, and power washing crews. Cardinal direction drop tracking and geofence verification work anywhere you need to track crew progress face by face.

How does site geofencing work?

Admins draw a boundary polygon around each job site on a satellite map. When technicians try to check in or submit progress, the app verifies their GPS location is inside the polygon. If they are outside the boundary, submissions are blocked.

Can technicians work for multiple companies?

Yes. Technicians register once on Cordix and own their profiles, certifications, and work history. Companies assign platform technicians to their projects. If a technician works for multiple companies, their profile stays the same across all of them.

Does the app work in the field without reliable internet?

Cordix is built as a progressive web app (PWA) that technicians install on their phones. Offline mode caches site data locally so crews can continue logging drops even with spotty connectivity, and syncs automatically when back online.
