Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a configurable SaaS application built on the Cordix starter. Features may include authentication, billing, workspace management, analytics, content surfaces, and optional AI-assisted workflows. The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful or deceptive purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You will review AI-generated or automated outputs before relying on them in your business.
4. AI Content Disclaimer
If this deployment includes AI features, those outputs are provided for assistance only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or any specific business outcome from AI-assisted content. Final review and responsibility remain with you.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features may be offered on recurring or one-time plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider, and recurring subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and partial-period refunds are not provided.
6. Fair Use Policy
To protect service quality and infrastructure costs, certain plans may include reasonable usage caps, rate limits, trial limits, or abuse-prevention controls. Where limits apply, they will be shown in product copy, billing pages, or the applicable feature surface.
Accounts that exceed those limits or exhibit abusive, automated, or harmful behavior may be capped, suspended, or reviewed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
