Pricing questions
Each technician with platform access assigned by your company uses one unit of purchased capacity. Technicians can remain on your roster without platform access. Office owners, admins, coordinators, and viewers are included at no extra charge. An office user who also receives technician access uses one unit of capacity.
Yes. You purchase technician capacity, so empty seats remain billable. You can schedule a reduction for your next renewal, as long as the new total covers all occupied seats.
Yes. Increases are prorated and charged immediately. Additional capacity becomes available only after payment succeeds. Reductions take effect at your next monthly renewal and cannot go below the number of technicians with assigned access.
There is no base fee, onboarding fee, project fee, or inventory surcharge. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
No. Billing is monthly, in advance, on your subscription anniversary. You can cancel renewal and retain access through the end of your paid period.
