Technician screens cache site data on the device. Writes queue locally while offline and replay in order when connectivity returns. Chat is online-only.
Every company's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Photos and documents are stored in private buckets and served through signed links.
Owner, admin, coordinator, and viewer roles for company staff, with per-user permission overrides. Technicians have their own portal scoped to assigned projects.
Approved client reports are frozen snapshots published on revocable links and emailed from your company's name. Revoking a link disables it immediately.
The full interface ships in English and Spanish. Field submissions are translated for the reader's language while the original text is kept as the record.
